We are hiring for a Premium Banking Process at Tech Mahindra (Noida Sector 62).

We are looking for graduate candidates with good communication skills who are eager to build a career in the banking domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries related to banking services
  • Provide accurate information and resolve concerns efficiently
  • Translate and communicate effectively between English and Hindi
  • Maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate (Mandatory)
  • Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
  • Minimum 6 months of documented experience preferred
  • Decent communication skills (English & Hindi)
  • Ability to translate from English to Hindi effectively

Job Details:

  • 5 days working
  • 2 rotational week-offs
  • Walk-in interview process
  • Work from office (Noida Sector 62)

Shift Details:

  • Day shifts for female candidates
  • Rotational shifts for male candidates
  • Night shift allowance applicable (for males)
