We are hiring for a Premium Banking Process at Tech Mahindra (Noida Sector 62).
We are looking for graduate candidates with good communication skills who are eager to build a career in the banking domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries related to banking services
- Provide accurate information and resolve concerns efficiently
- Translate and communicate effectively between English and Hindi
- Maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate (Mandatory)
- Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
- Minimum 6 months of documented experience preferred
- Decent communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Ability to translate from English to Hindi effectively
Job Details:
- 5 days working
- 2 rotational week-offs
- Walk-in interview process
- Work from office (Noida Sector 62)
Shift Details:
- Day shifts for female candidates
- Rotational shifts for male candidates
- Night shift allowance applicable (for males)
